"We were having an issue with State Farm claims handler getting the roof replacement approved after it was damaged in a storm. The claims handler wanted to just patch the roof in dozens of places. The problem was nobody would warranty the repairs, if it was done that way. I called Matt our local State Farm Agent and he got involved.
